• Luke turned 5! He got the pirate costume he'd been asking for and had a pirate-themed birthday party in the back yard with 22 friends. Also took cupcakes to tee ball practice and his whole adorable team sang to him!

• Halloween parade at preschool!
• Halloween! Trick or treating: Lydia immediately ran off with Emmi and her mom to trick or treat with them. When they had to go, she found another friend to tag along with. Her little siblings were taking too long between houses. 😅 Meanwhile, Elise trick or treated until her little legs couldn’t walk another step and Matt carried her home. And Luke told us about how brave he was going to be at a ‘haunted house’ in someone's garage, but hesitated when he actually got there. 🥹😅 Fortunately, Ms Stephanie was there and offered to go through with him! Luke said “ok. Will you hold my hand?” And she did. Vivian fell asleep in the front pack at our house while it was still daylight. Woke up an hour later in the pitch dark with screaming kids and flashing porch decorations. She was looking all around, very concerned. Can’t imagine her confusion.
